OUR HALF BOARD
Abundant sweet and savoury breakfast buffet from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Tea Time at 5 p.m. with cakes and biscuits freshly baked in our kitchen.
Evening dinner with the choice of two three-course menus, vegetable buffet and appetizers
together with our extremely pure fresh mountain water. Once a week a traditional dinner with local Trentino dishes.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Stays from Saturday to Saturday or alternatives on request to be agreed in all seasons excluding the periods from 26 December to 2 January and from 13 February to 20 February. New Year's Eve Dinner and party are included in price of accommodation. Arrival and departure: on the arrival day rooms will be available from 3 p.m. and on the departure day please liberate rooms by 10 a.m.
MORFEO Formula:
Option to check out at 6 p.m. with a supplement of 5 euro per person. Limited availability of rooms in specific periods.
Delayed arrivals, advance departures:
All days booked in writing will be charged as foreseen in EU regulations.
Cancellation:
Deposits will be withheld only for cancellations less than two weeks before the foreseen date of arrival, alternatively deposits will be refunded by postal money order with detraction of posting expenses.
Meals:
No discounts are allowed for meals not consumed, any additional meals will be calculated separately at a cost of 12 euro each. Full board is available only during the period from 26 December to 9 January and from 1 April to 5 April. For stays of less than two days a daily surcharge is applicable of 5 euro per person.
INFO, PAYMENTS, AND PRICES
Reduction for B&B: 10 euro per person per day.
Reductions for children sharing rooms with parents:
From 0 to 2 years free with cradle provided by hotel; from 3 to 6 years 50% discount on list prices; from 7 to 12 years 30% discount on list prices.
Family plan:
Two children up to 12 years sharing a room with two adults paying full rates are charged as a single adult. The family plan is not applicable in the period from 26 December to 2 January.
Reductions for third and fourth adult bed: discount 10%.
Single room:
no supplement.
Double room used as single: a supplement of 10 euro per day.
Deposit:
Bookings confirmed by us are binding following payment of a deposit of € 100 per room by bank transfer to the following account IBAN IT 86 K 08140 35050 000000002812. The deposit must be paid within 10 days of the booking.
Payments:
we accept payment in cash, by cheque or Eurocard, Visa, Mastercard credit cards (no Diners Card or American Express), or cashline card.
